What payment options do you accept?

As of now we accept Credit card or Debit card, PayPal, and Klarna.

What about sales tax?

Sales tax will be added at checkout to the final prices for orders shipped to Certainly! Shipping fees?

The Free Shipping statement appears on many locations of our website. Free shipping is available when the items you are purchasing are shipped within the lower 48 US states.

How long does it takes for delivery?

Most orders will be shipped via UPS, or Fedex. The estimated shipping time is between 1-7 days. Please note that processing time is another 1-2 days.

Damaged items?

One Stop Wheel And Tire is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. One Stop Wheel And Tire cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. One Stop Wheel And Tire is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via the carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

Are all the tires that you sell new?

Our selection is composed of new tires mostly, however, retreaded and take-off tires can also be found on our website. Retreaded and Take-off tires are advertised as such, so there can be no confusion during shopping.

Do you provide a warranty on your tires?

All warranties are provided by the tire manufacturers. Priority Tire only offers a 90-day return policy for unused and unmounted tires.

Do the prices listed include installation?

The price does not include installation, mounting and balancing.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. Our site meets and goes beyond all security standards. The site is secured by an SSL Certification with 256-bit encryption.

Are the photos in the listing of the actual tires I will receive?

Pictures shown are stock photos and are  not of the actual tire.  Pictures represents brand and model of the tire listed for sale.

Does the tire have outline white letters (OWL) or does it have a whitewall (WW)?

We guarantee that if the representing photo shows the outline white letters (OWL) or the whitewall (WW) then the tire will have the OWL or WW. If the listing shows black wall photos then the tires do not have OWL or WW.

What is the tires’ date of manufacture?

The manufacture date of our tires varies from one to four years old and there is no way to determine, pick, or choose the tire age you will receive. In case you receive a tire that is older than that and don’t wish to use it, we’ll provide you with a free return!

Will there be a signature requirement on my order?

Tire orders are not shipped out with a signature requirement. If you wish to add a signature requirement to your order, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail at in**@*************re.com.

Do you need me to be at home to deliver the order?

If your order value exceedes $2500, you will have to await the delivery and provide a signature. Otherwise, the shipping courier will deliver your package even if you’re not at home.
